A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

This time around we were asked to start making Easter cards, but for everyone else, it is always Anything Goes at A Gem of A Challenge.

This adorable image is called, Bunny painting egg! I wanted to make a boy bunny as we have a few grandsons as well as all the granddaughters we have. We have 7 granddaughters, and 4 grandsons. Most of the time I try and make a neutral card, but this time I went all out male! He is an adorable little bunny isn't he! :)

A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

Today started another challenge at A Gem of A Challenge.
I asked everyone to add flowers as our theme. The challenge though for everyone else is always Anything Goes.

The image I used here is called Hedgy with wheelbarrow.
The shape I used is a Dutch Doobadoo. I just love them!!! I was very fortunate for a dear friend of mine to send me a whole bunch from the netherlands. :)

A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

Welcome to another A Gem of A Challenge blog post! :)
We were asked to make Mother's Day cards seeing as in England, their Mother's Day comes first. For everyone else, the challenge is always Anything Goes.

Well, my mom and mother in law both have passed away so I sort of just made a celebration card instead. It still fits, all but the balloons. :o

A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

Today starts another challenge at A Gem of A Challenge.
The theme for us is to use pastel colors, but for everyone else it is Anything Goes.

I think it's perfect timing to start thinking about Easter, don't you!? Here is the first Easter card I made this year.
I used this adorable image called Bunny Painting. Isn't it just the cutest! This one will be going to my daughter and her family in Texas.

Today starts another challenge at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends!

We were all given the image, I am a Pandacorn Deal with it. It came both colored, and not colored form. I don't have a colored printer so I colored this one.
With Valentines Day so close, I wanted to make a Valentine card using this adorable image. My granddaughters love unicorns!

Lil Patch of Crafty Friends C#97- A

Happy New Year!
Today is my first blog post in the new year. We started a new challenge at Lil Patch of Crafty Friends. The sponsor is: Imagine That digistamp

I was given a big pack to work with called Flamingo Beach. I mean look at all the stuff it comes with. :)

I had bought Hide Tides stamp set from Stampin Up quite awhile back and thought it would be perfect to use for a scene with the flamingo. I also used Studio R that came with an assortment of stamps and used the little sailboat with it. The stitched clouds came from Jaded Blossom.

I colored the flamingo with Copics and Faber Castell colored pencils. They seem to have brighter more vibrant colors in those pencils.
