A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

Today at A Gem of A Challenge the DT had to come up with something for a holiday.
My sister and her family came out for a visit. I made up a basket full of goodies for her daughter and made this card for her.Of course I added some money for her to go souvenir shopping with. I have to be the cool Aunt, lol.
This little cutie of an image is called Poppy with phone. The shape of the card is a Dutch Doobadoo. I just love them! I used The Paper Studio Croc Texture embossing folder. I thought it gave it a nice added umph to the card. The sentiment is from JustRite Cling called Oceanside Medallion Labels Oval. I colored her with my Copics and that's about it!
I hope you can join us this go around as there is always great prizes to be won! :)

Hugs, and happy crafting!
Sandy.

A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

This go around for the DT at A Gem of A Challenge was to come up with something with celebrate.
The challenge is always Anything Goes and it runs for a two week period.
I used the delightful Wine Dave image. It seemed fitting for a celebration card to me.
I didn't use much supplies to make this card really. Spellbinders Standard Circles Large, and Nested Lacey Pennants. I used a 1 inch corner punch on the corner to add a little something different. The paper is from Paper Studio called Green Country Crackle. The other paper is from my scraps. I colored the image with my Copics. That's about it!
I do hope you join in on the fun and enter! There is great prizes to be won! :)

Hugs, and happy crafting!

I used Spellbinders Stars Five and a star punch. The happy birthday sentiment is from Poppy. I honestly don't remember what the embossing folder is called, sorry. :(  He is colored in with my Copics. That's abut it! I hand cut everything else.

A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

Every other Saturday starts a new challenge at A Gem of A Challenge. We are getting ready for Mother's Day, but for all of you it is always Anything Goes.
Both my husband and I lost our parents, so I kind of made a generic card for it. I felt like I can always take the sentiment off and then send it to one of our granddaughters.
This little cutie is called Dragonfly Ella Elephant.
It's going to be pretty busy around here for me the next few months, but I will still plan on posting regularly. All the family wants to come out for a visit May, June, and July.
Anyway, come join us as there is always a great prize to be won.
Hugs, and happy crafting!

A Gem of A Challenge- Anything Goes

I had to make two more Easter cards so I thought it would be perfect to fit them both in at A Gem of A Challenge. :)

The first card I used Bunny with carrots image. The second card I used Bunny with flowers. The first Easter card I made more neutral because we have a granddaughter and two grandsons in the family. The second card we have all granddaughters in the family. Oh, come to think of it, I made the second card for my sister who has all girls in her family, lol. I already posted the card beforehand of the one I am sending  my granddaughters.
Oh, on the second Easter card, I hand cut the eggs. I didn't own a die and really wanted them in the center. When all else fails, you do it yourself! (Chattering teeth, lol)
Hope to see you as there is a great prize to be won at A Gem of  Challenge!
Hugs, and happy crafting!
Sandy.
