Digi Desserts Fridaze- Jan 25th

Happy Friday to you! :)
I don't know why, but I always look forward to Friday's!
Today at Digi Desserts Fridaze  at My Paper Crafting, I decided to make a step ladder fold on my card! Can you tell, my mind is still trying to get ahead on Christmas cards for this year! ;)
I decided to use two of PCW's digis for this card! Who could resist, Melin's digis are just too cute! I used Ladybug in Winter Attire and Snow Melt my Heart Snowgirl!
I do hope you decide to come and participate this week at DDF! Anything goes just so long as you have a digi on your card! You will get a chance to win a free digi of your choice! Plus, if you use one of PCW's digis, you will get an extra entry for a chance to win at DDF! It isn't required though!
As an extra bonus, Melin gives away a free digi every Friday too! You won't want to miss out on that too! :)
Here is a card I made using the free digi for this week!

Don't forget to stop off at the rest of the DT's blogs and give them some love also! :)
Hugs to you,
Sandy.

Digi Desserts Fridaze- Jan 18th

If you haven't been over to My Paper Crafting, let me tell you a little bit about it!
On Mondays, they have Cartridge showcase where someone from the DT posts projects on one particular cartridge! It really is nice to see different ways a cartridge can be used!
Tuedsdays is a cut file challenge! Melin gives a free cut file for the week too, which you don't want to miss out on!
Wednesday's, they have a cartridge challenge! That's always fun!
On Friday's, MPC has Digi Dessert Fradaze! That's where I come in! It is a brand new challenge for anyone to come play along by showing us a card/project using a digi! Anything goes, just come show us what you got! :)
There is a chance to win a free digi of your choice if you win! If you use a digi from PCW you will get and extra entry when you enter your project! Plus, Melin is gracious to give away this free digi this week too! Wow, how awesome is that!!!
Here is a card I made using the free digi for this week! I decided to shrink the image down to make three of them sitting on a table! :)

I decided to try and start making a few Christmas cards for this coming year! Why wait to the last minute is my thinking! ;)
Here is where I found the tutorial on how to make this twist turn fold:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cSseHu8imY&feature=related
I have to say, all the instructions were pretty easy until it came to actually flipping the card to make the diamond shape! After a long time of trying different ways to flip it, I finally did! I am still not sure what I did?!?! I will have to keep it for a sample if I ever decide to make another one of these folds!
Anyway, I hope you decide to come participate in the weekly digi challenge Digi Desserts Fridaze!
I can't wait to see what you come up with!!! Please stop by and see what all the other DT girls have made, and send them a little love on their blogs! :)
Hugs,
Sandy.

Digi Desserts Fridaze- January 11th

I so look forward to Friday's with Digi Desserts Fridaze! :)
I hope you all decide to participate! All that is required is to make a card/project with a digi on it and come link it back to Digi Desserts Fridaze! That's it! Nothing else is required! You can do anything you want just so long as it has a digi on it! How simple is that!
If you use one of PCW's digis, you get an extra entry for a chance to win a free digi! I can't wait to see what you come up with! :)
Here is today's free digi melin just happens to be giving away this week! Isn't she so generous! :)

I chose to make a card for IFTL ( I Feel The Love Project)! Madison is asking everyone who wants to participate to make a card with hearts on it for Ms. Soto's classroom at Sandy Hook Elementary! Although, most people would probably think to make a Valentines card, I chose to make mine like a classroom environment card with bright and cheerful kind of colors! I used the Apple of My-Gods Eye digi from PCW!
Head back over to Digi Desserts Fridaze at My Paper Crafting and show us what you got! :)
Don't forget to leave some love to everyone too!
Hugs,
Sandy.

Digi Desserts Fridaze- Jan 4th

I am so excited and honored to have been asked to come aboard at My Paper Crafting! :D
This is my first project for the New Year! I pray everyone has a healthy, peaceful, happy New Year!

On DDF, we can choose to make what ever we want to make just so long as we use a digi! On Wednesday's Cricut challenge at My Paper Crafting, they were making snowflakes in memory of the terrible tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary! I thought I would use a digi with snowflakes on it in memory as well!
I got this wonderful snowman digi at Paper Crafting World! I just thought he was so cute, and so appropriate with all those snowflakes on the digi!

With the cold weather and all, I made a little coffee mug and put a package of hot chocolate in it! :)
Ok, I sort of cheated on this one! In September we had a Scrapbook Expo here in our town for three days! Someone was selling these coffee mug cut outs! I bought one so I could use it for a template and make them when ever I want too!
I really didn't use to many supplies on this one! I used the Spellbinders Lacey Circles, and the Standard Circles Large! My Martha Stewart Pine Punch! Some scrap paper, ribbon, and of course my Copics! I seem to always love to use a white gel pen to add a little bit of stitching or what ever to give the digi a more personal touch! I rolled the flower by hand!

Here is another card I made for DDF! This time I used the new digi Melin just came out with! It happens to be the freebie she is giving away at MPC!
The image is a frankincense bush, and I also used the bear and baby Jesus digi too!

DDF has a tab now so you can now link up your projects to our DDF post for a chance to win a free digi!  :) You may use any digi when you link up to the post, but if you use a PCW digi you will get an extra entry when you put PCW next to your name in the link!

The Paper Studio- Wood Grain (embossing folder)
                                 Peace On Earth Vintage (paper)
Spellbinders- Labels Fourteen
Stickles- Crystal
Copics, white gel pen, black sharpie, and I am not sure where the leaves came from!?!?!

Please stop by Digi Dessets Fridaze if you haven't already been and check out what the rest of the DT has come up with! Don't forget to leave them a comment on their blogs too! :)
Please don't forget to link your projects and show us what you made! :)
 Happy Crafting!!!
Hugs,
Sandy.
