My Sheri Crafts- #84 April Showers Bring May Flowers to Mom!!

This week at My Sheri Crafts we were to create a Mothers Day card/project and add flowers! Happy Mother's Day to all Mom's! :)
When I think of Mother's Day, I think how lucky we are to have a whole day dedicated just for us! I immediately think of all Mom's being pampered and spoiled for a day, I don't know why, lol! Not that it has ever happened to me! :( Anyway,. this is how I came to making this card!

I am not sure why the lighting changed taking this picture! The colors here look dull! :( You get the just of what the inside of the card looks like anyway!

I just knew I wanted to use the Backyard Birds Set from JustRite stamps and use my copics to color the bird yellow with a touch of browns and peach!

JustRite Friday Color Challenge #071 - "Perfect Pastels"

JustRite's challenge this week for all of us who participate  is to use these lovely pastel colors and make a card/project! Usually when a challenge asks for a specific color, that usually is a challenge, lol! I just love these colors don't you! :)

My Sheri Crafts- #83 Marvelous Monograms!

I have to be honest, I don't think I have ever made anything with a monogram on it before! I guess there is a first time for everything! I was a little intimidated by this challenge, but hopefully I did ok!

I couldn't make up my mind on what to do for this challenge so I tried a few different things, lol!  TFL!

JustRite Friday Challenge #070 -- "Pretty Papers"

This week over at JustRite, http://justritestampers.typepad.com/ Sheri asked everyone who participates in the challenge to create their own designer paper! I used three different stamps from JustRite to create the background of my card! 

I don't think you can tell in the photo, but I tore the edge of the red paper to give it a different feel to the background also! I heat embossed all the background too! I just got my new JustRite background stamps in the mail yesterday and I couldn't wait to get my hands on them, lol! Anyway, TFL!
