Flower Power Daffy!

Today the challenge is to add a flourish at Delightful Challenges! I made this card for one of my DIL's birthday! She loves blue can you tell! :) I used Flower Power Daffy! You can get her colored, (or not), found at Digital Delights by Louby Lou! I also used Happy Birthday Scroll for the sentiment! I am sure this sentiment will come in handy!
