My Sheri Crafts- #82- MSC Turns Two!

We are celebrating My Sheri Crafts two year Anniversary this week! What an honor it is to share this moment with Sheri and the DT!
We were asked to do a fun birthday project (cards, invites, favors, party decor) for toddlers or kids under 5! Not an elegant project, just fun, fun, fun! This is what I came up with!

My daughter's two girls, (my granddaughter's) both have birthday's in June! I decided to make a centerpiece to celebrate both their birthday's! Lilly will be 4, and Alena will be 2 in June!
Happy Two Year Anniversary MSC!!! :)

Believe it or not, the container that I used as a vase is an empty almonds container, lol! It worked! :)
To cover it, I used pink tissue paper, and tied it with white ribbon! My Labels Eighteen spellbinder went on top, and then I stamped it with my Hero Arts Happy Birthday stamp! I have glass marbles in the inside of the container!
For the flowers, I used pink crepe paper, and two Shish Kabob sticks!
The images are Precious Moments coloring pages I resized, and the lettering is from my Storybook cartridge! TFL!

We all really appreciate the comments that you leave us, and we  look forward to seeing all the lovely projects! Hugs!

This weeks theme over at My Sheri Crafts Is Easter! Our challenge is to make a card/project using spring's gorgeous pastels! This is what I came up with for it!
I had a lot of fun with this one! I decided to make a scalloped easel card! I don't think I have ever made a scalloped easel card before so I thought it would make a perfect shape for my Easter card! Anyway, I hope you like it!

Guest Designer at Simply Betty Stamps!

I am thrilled to introduce to you Burtonized Christian! He is the last character for the Burton Chibis Series II! You are going to love him! He's a super cool dude, close to Betty's heart, and lots of fun!

I just want to share a little something with you!  Betty drew Burtonized Christian with her son Christian in mind! When they had learned of her son's cancer, Christian said to Betty, "No worries mommy, I am going to slash Cancer in the a@% like Freddy then pounce on him like Batman!"
So, with that in mind, this character was formed! Pretty amazing stuff huh!
In honor, this is what I came up with to try and capture what Christian had said to Betty!

This is the ingredients I used to make this card:
Spellbinder- Labels Eighteen
                      Labels 10
The Paper Studio- Croc texture, embossing folder
The Paper Studio- Spots & Dots

If you came from Rio's blog then you are in the right place! Now hop over to Suzy's blog and show her some love! :)

My Sheri Crafts- Happy St. Patrick's Day- #80

This week over at My Sheri Crafts we were instructed to make an easel card with a shamrock on it! I love making any kind of fold card so this was pretty fun for me to make! :)
I wanted to make it a little different from a regular easel card so I made a different shape for the top part of the card! I hope you like it!

Spellbinder- Labels Eighteen
                     Labels Ten
Paper Studios- Shamrocks on White
Cricut Cartridge- Paper Doll Dress Up, pg. 40 Shamrock
                              pg. 40 Pot Of Gold
I hand made the horse shoe, and drew the faces on the shamrocks!

Now it's your turn! Head back over to http://myshericrafts.blogspot.com/ and show us what you have made! I can't wait to see it all! :)
