At My Sheri Crafts, this weeks challenge is to make an Anniversary card! I learned a new technique and wanted to try it on this card! It is called black magic! You use water colored pencils to make an image look painted! I just love it! :) The celebration glasses are from wedding mariage cart! It is even more beautiful in person!
