Delightful Wednesday at Digital Delights- Brown

Hello, it's that time again... It is Delightful Wednesday on the DIGITAL DELIGHTS BLOG!    Jane and I choose a color theme each month to showcase Wendy's delightful images! I am starting off the month of June using this oh so cute image of Jubbly Panda!

 

Besides Father's Day, we are celebrating 4 birthdays in our family this month! Both of my daughter's, and two of my granddaughter's! My youngest daughter loves Panda's so I couldn't resist having it front and center on my card! ;) You normally don't think of the color brown for a girls card, but this works perfectly adding a touch of green! Besides, It flows with the image splendidly!

This card didn't require to much! I used, The Paper Studio, Palm Leaves, and scraps left over from previous cards that I have made! Don't you just love using up some scraps of paper! :) I colored the image with my Copics and added a bit of ribbon and pearls! That's about it!

Hi there, it is my turn to think of the theme at My Sheri Crafts! I chose accessorize!
I asked to add either bling, or pearls, or add both to your card/project! I added pearls!

I believe this is a Wee Stamps image! I just think she is pretty darn cute! So versatile to use! It can be used for a lot of different reasons!

Digital Delights- Delightful Wednesday- Purple

Hi there,  Jane and I are continuing this months color theme, purple at Digital Delights for our Delightful Wednesday post!

The image I chose to use is Vino Mickey! Isn't he so much fun! I just love the sentiment as well! It comes from a set called, Cheers sentiment set! Look at all the fabulous sentiments it comes with!

I think this image and the sentiment I used would be perfect to give a guy for his birthday! Of course, not the color purple, lol! Sometimes it's hard to find just the right image or sentiment to use while making a guy card! Wendy hit the perfect combination with this one! I got to pick and choose the image I wanted to use from Sami Stamps! The image is called With You found in the Valentine and Love Section! I just loved this image! So great for an Anniversary or just any kind of romantic interlude! ;) There also is an image called Umbrella Love which I almost chose! It is a fabulous image too!

 My DH and I are such beach lovers! I thought this would make a perfect card for me to give him!  I know it would mean a lot to him!

My Sheri Crafts- #181- Let's Go 3D

At My Sheri Crafts, DT sister Sarah has asked that we make something 3D! Basically, not a flat card!

I tried to take a side picture of it hoping that it would show that on the umbrella, the blue is layered a few times to pop out! It just doesn't really show well that it is layered in the picture! :(
Yay, I got to use up some of my scraps! I have a whole drawer full of scrap paper! I am sure I am not the only one! ;) I did use JustRite Cling, Oceanside Oval Medallion Labels for the sentiment! The image is from a free coloring page online! I used a bit of Bakers Twine, a White Gel Pen, Black Gems, and a Button! I colored the image with my Copics and that's about it!

Digital Delights- Delightful Wednesday- Purple

Jane and I are starting a new color theme for the month of May for our Delightful Wednesday post at Digital Delights! We have chosen the color purple!

I have chosen to use the delightful Glitzy Gladys set! She is just so fancy and frilly for her own good! ;) I didn't notice until after the card was made that I had basically used the same colors on the colored digi version! I just colored her as what I thought looked good with the colors and paper I picked!

I just love this set! It comes with everything here! The designer paper, the sentiment, plus Glitzy Gladys herself! If you change the sentiment she would be great on a wedding card, or anyone going to a prom, or even a night out with your spouse! Who doesn't like date night!?!?
